Mataxis is your international strategy and financial advisory partner

Our vision

Give every SME and entrepreneur access to the best expertise and advice to realize their ambition.

Our mission

Mataxis was established by experienced finance professionals with a track record of helping growth businesses succeed who saw the opportunity to combine their skill sets and create a new offering for growth companies. The firm first office was opened in London (UK) in 2010, by Don Baladashan and a few years after in Stockholm (Sweden), by Ilona Zelentsova.

We partner with SMEs, early stage companies and start ups to help them expand by providing financial expertise and operational support and, ultimately, help to realise value through sale, refinancing or IPO. We offer an integrated service that combines capital raising (both public and private), M&A, restructuring, due diligence, CFO/CEO services, post-deal integration, IPO preparation and IPO advisory.
